Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

- Items with original tags and packaging
- Items that have not been customized or personalized
- Items that are not damaged or defective due to misuse
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order information. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please include this number with your return shipment.
Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or we made an error in the customization. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Late or Missing Refunds
